上記のような例文を応用できると思います。
上記の例文 [1] と同じように "as ... as" を使う場合は、「食欲がある」という意味の形容詞 "appetitive" があります。
また、「食欲がある」は、名詞 "appetite" を使って、"have a good appetite" などということもでき、その場合は、上記の例文 [2] を応用できると思います。
