| 英語のリーディング問題で、下記の分割払いに関する文を読みましたが、下から2行目先頭の"finance and charge"の意味が、辞書で調べたものの、どちらもたくさん意味がある上に日本語でもあまり馴染みがないので何があてはまるのかよくわかりません。。
