1 と 2 ともに語順はそれであっています。

1 の部分だけの意味は、「(ある) ホテルを訪れることが可能になるかもしれない」などになると思います。その場合の "might" は、未来の不確実な推量などを表す助動詞として使われています。その場合の "be able to ..." は、例えば科学技術などによって人類が可能になるなどの意味で使われていると思います。
