I did have a contact in Japan, through my museum work. She was trying to organise a visit for some of her colleagues in 2004 or 2005, and came to visit herself in 2007. We had kept in touch until then, and she stayed at my house for one night,but after she went back to Japan she stopped sending messages,so I was not able to meet up with her again. I think I must have said or done somethign bad, but I don't know what and I suppose I will never find out. I am hoping my neice will make some good contacts while she is there. She is hoping to go back to Japan to work after she has finished her degree, so perhaps she will be there in 2011 as well.you will have a chance to visit Britain?If you do, you must let me know and I will show you around my country. |
